Each was delivered lawfully and in good faith, providing you more opportunity to cure than common-law principles require.

You stated, in your own words, that action to repair or replace the generator would occur “Monday.”

Today is that day.

No repair has been performed.

No resolution has been offered.

The conditions of harm remain unchanged.

Your failure to act on your own declared timeline is taken as confirmation of unwillingness or inability to cure.
