3. That your failure to disclose this financial arrangement, directly affecting my living conditions, daily decisions, and safety, created a false environment of dependency and interfered with my peace, autonomy, and lawful freedom of choice;
4. That your contradictory explanations once the truth surfaced – including references to “gifts,” “help,” or “contracts” – do not cure the harm caused by the original deception;
5. That this notice is served to establish the record, reject any presumption of voluntary consent, and reserve all rights in full. Any additional concealment, attempts to redefine the situation, or further interference will be recorded as continuing harm.
