Public Declaration of Present Intent, Continuity & Preservation of Record

September 14, 2026

I make this declaration publicly and contemporaneously, while I am present, able to speak for myself, and able to state my own intentions.

I am presently engaged in several active matters in which I am rebutting presumptions made concerning me, correcting and preserving records, developing testimony, preserving evidence, giving notice, and seeking correction and performance.

These matters were already active before the events of September 13, 2026.

The events of September 13 have now added another substantial burden. I am preserving additional testimony, communications, recordings, evidence, chronology, and records concerning statements made about me, my character and conduct, my communications and authorship, and my participation.

With so many matters presently converging, I believe it is important to establish a clear public record of my present condition, my intentions, and the work I intend to continue.

Let there be no misunderstanding:

I am not suicidal.

I do not intend to kill myself or deliberately harm myself.
