Federal or territorial entities act only as service providers with limited delegated authority and possess no inherent powers of government.

I do not accept liability for undeclared wars, mercenary conflicts, or corporate foreign policies, including the Monroe Doctrine.

Rights are not privileges and may not be licensed or taxed, including:

• The right to travel for non-commercial purposes
• Common activities such as travel for non-commercial purposes and the exercise of common public property rights, including use of street side and public parking
• I do not consent to misapplied taxation, identity misrepresentation, or conversion of land, labor, or property into trust assets.
