Notice to the Director of the Washington State Department of Licensing

A private Notice of Correction was provided to the man acting in the capacity of Director of the Washington State Department of Licensing concerning what I believe to be continuing administrative misidentification within Department records and correspondence.

This Notice did not arise from a single mailing.

It arose after multiple prior notices had already been provided over a period of years seeking correction of standing, capacity, administrative presumptions, and future addressing.

Those prior records included public declarations, administrative notices, and related records that together form the continuing history of this matter.

The purpose of the Notice was not to create controversy, but to continue peaceful correction of what I believe to be a continuing administrative mistake, to preserve continuity of the record, to provide supervisory notice, and to provide an additional opportunity for review and correction.

The Notice also requested preservation of records material to the matter so that the continuing chronology may be accurately maintained.

This public summary is provided to explain why the private Notice exists. It is not intended to reproduce the private correspondence or disclose private information.

A redacted version of the Notice has been published separately for public transparency while protecting private details.

This publication forms part of the continuing administrative, educational, and documentary record associated with Matter TC-009.
